2022 Rave New Year Forecast

How are you marking this New Year? Traditionally, however the New Year is celebrated, it initiates new beginnings. For many of us, New Year 2022 brought us to a full stop when we realized how overwhelming it can be to attempt to make a new beginning in the midst of a pandemic and the changes we see impacting us and our world. While the current upheaval is significant, it shouldn’t surprise us; as Dharmen and Leela note in the Rave New Year Forecast 2022, “The 7-year period before 2027 is the most significant time of transition that we will witness in our lifetime, and 2022 is pivotal.”

Human Design marks the New Year when the Sun enters the 41st Gate, which occurs this year on Saturday, January 22nd. At that time the Rave New Year begins, ushering in a new cycle of transit influence, as it determines the themes that will play out on the global stage for the entire year.

This year you once again have the opportunity to explore the Rave New Year by learning what it means to your Design, and how it will impact your daily life. Each year since 2012, Leela and Dharmen Swann-Herbert have provided an overview of the upcoming year’s collective themes with the Rave New Year Forecast.

The Forecast is based on the configuration of the planetary transit field and offers a thorough review of transit mechanics as they play out globally. It also gives us insight into our personal connections to the coming year’s Design. These mechanics are not a prediction of exact events, but instead investigate the human tendency to interpret what is occuring. With 2022 being a Reflector year, this means there is no global homogenizing pattern at work. Rather, it is a personal conditioning year.
