Open Centers without Activations

Having a completely open Center, a Center without any activations (dormant gates), means that there is no framework to relate conditioning to. This results in not knowing, sensing or understanding what the conditioning is really about. There is no theme to connect it to because it’s simply not a natural part of who you are, which can be very confusing.

The danger in having a completely open Center is the abdication of Authority. We are inclined to abdicate Authority with this openness, because the open Center’s conditioning is extremely powerful–experience can become so confusing that we would rather hand over decision-making Authority to someone else.

However, the beauty of the completely open Center is that it creates an extraordinary potential for wisdom. Without an activation to filter incoming energy, there is no thematic to hold on to, no prejudice toward one thing or another.
